Refund Policy



At Qumrat Al Aman, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below is our Refund Policy in accordance with Salla platform regulations:

Refund Eligibility
    •    Customers may request a refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
    •    The product must be:
    •    In its original condition
    •    Unused, not installed, and not programmed
    •    With all original accessories and packaging

Non-Refundable Items
    •    Products that have been used, installed, or programmed.
    •    Cameras and recording devices (DVR / NVR) after programming or system connection.
    •    Damages caused by misuse or improper installation.
    •    Customized or special-order products.

Refund Process
    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    •    Processing time is 7–14 business days after the item is received and inspected.
    •    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by the store.

Defective or Incorrect Products
    •    If a defective or incorrect item is received, a full refund will be issued with no deductions.
    •    Qumrat Al Aman will cover all return shipping costs in such cases.
